SPECIAL OFFERS
We often run special delivery and product offers. These are strictly limited to availability of the product and service and we reserve the to withdraw them at any time.
Offers cannot be back-dated to for application to previous orders.
CURRENT OFFERS
FREE DELIVERY
For orders over £50.00 inc VAT you can select the Free Delivery option. We will dispatch the order within one working day and expect it to arrive within 5 working days. Note that this is NOT a guaranteed service and as such we cannot be held liable if Royal Mail fail to deliver within the specified ETA.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched on the day you order.
If an order or part order is returned that has used the Free Delivery service the cost of standard shipping [£3.95] will be deducted before any refund or credit is made.
Delivery insurance is the same as Standard Shipping (up to £32.00)
You MUST select this option to take advantage of the offer. Orders will default to the Standard 3.95 shipping if this is not chosen and the delivery cost cannot be re-imbursed.
Orders that do not meet the criteria will be automatically upgraded to the appropriate shipping method and charged the relative amount to that option.
By selecting this option you agree to pay any shipping charges resulting in your shipping method being adjusted.
This offer is NOT available for BFPO, Offshore, International or Southern Ireland.
Express Delivery: £3.95
Your order will be expected to arrive within 3-4 working days. Often this will arrive much faster but is not guaranteed. Please note that we cannot refund this postage if your parcel does not arrive within 5 days as it is not a guaranteed service. Your order will be dispatched on the day it is placed if done before 2.30pm.
Delivery is recorded and as such a signature is required.
Available to all UK postcodes, not available to BFPO or International / Eire addresses
Standard Delivery is insured up to £32.00 by Royal Mail. If your parcel is lost by them please note that we cannot refund any more than this. If your parcel exceeds this amount we strongly recommend you upgrade your shipping as this will cover most parcel totals.

48 Hour Guaranteed - £7.95
You will receive your parcel within 2 working days of placing your order (order must be received before 2.30pm to go out on the same day). For example: Order before 2.30pm on Wednesday and your Costume will arrive NO LATER than Friday, Guaranteed.
Orders placed after 2.30pm are considered to be placed on the following working day.
This option is guaranteed by the company we ship with (Royal Mail / Interlink / City Link) and it is their guarantee that we offer.

This offer only applies to mainland UK and excludes Remote Postcodes, Northern/Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and BFPO
Please note that if you fail to collect your parcel or our courier has to return the parcel to us for any reason we will charge the return fee against your refund balance. NEXT DAY Special Delivery: £10.95
For the 'must have' occasions a NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY is the answer. This is a guaranteed service and will bring your order to you the following day. Note that your order MUST be placed before 2.30pm.
You will need to call us to confirm that we have ALL of your items in stock and are in time to get the order despatched. One of our team will take your order and give it priority for shipping.
This option is guaranteed by the company we ship with (Royal Mail / Interlink) and it is their guarantee that we offer.

Saturday Delivery £14.95
This is only available on a Friday and you must call to confirm it is possible for us to get your parcel out it time. Our window for orders is up to 3pm. Please note that we offer this service only on parcels up to 2kg in weight and will call to advise you if your order exceeds this and any possible additional charge. This is a GUARANTEED SERVICE by Royal Mail.

BFPO Delivery
The BFPO option is for members of the Armed Forces who use the internal BFPO mail system. We will dispatch your order promptly however once in the hands of the BFPO we cannot trace your parcel. We strongly advise you give at least 10 days for your parcel to arrive. Please call us to place the order. BFPO delivery is usually £6.95
IRELAND / CHANNEL ISLES / INTERNATIONAL
We are pleased to offer a fast courier service to our Zone One countrys, Southern Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
Southern Ireland ETA 3-4 Days @ 22.00 Euro Approx [£16.95]
France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands ETA 3-4 Days @ 26.00 Euro Approx [£19.95]
Parcels up to 31kg are covered by this service.

Custom Fees on International Shipping Disclaimer
All international orders shipped from WoW Fancy Dress may be subject to additional customs fees such as processing and brokerage fees, taxes or duties. We know this sucks, but we have absolutely zero control over these extra charges. We also have no idea what the customs fees and procedures are in your particular country so pretty please contact your local customs office for complete details.
Any and all shipping costs charged by WoW Fancy Dress do not reflect any processing and brokerage fees, taxes or duties. If you are charged extra customs fees when you get your order you must pay them ! If you do not pay customs fees on your internation order, it will be returned to WoW Fancy Dress and we will be charged those customs fees in addition to return shipping costs. As you may guess, this does not make us happy and in turn we will refuse to refund you money for any shipping charges, customs fees or the cost of your initial order if you don't pay the required customs fees when your order arrives.
Note that this is the only service available outside of the UK at this time.
Collect From Store
You can use the site to place an order for collection from our Stoke On Trent retail outlet. Please be aware that all orders that are collected from the store are subject to the same returns policy as orders that are delivered to your door.
Items purchased directly from the store (without online ordering) are not eligable for a cash refund, we will however offer a 100% product price Credit Note for use in the Retail or Online Store. This must be used within 12 months of issue.
Items ordered online and collected in-store are eligable for a cash refund of up to 70% of the purchase price.
